Backup device not detected by Arcserve

ML380 server, tape library is connected to the integrated SCSI using the port on the back of the server, Windows 2000, SP1. New server loaded using Smart Start 4.9. I have installed ArcServe 2000 and tape library option. When I run the device configuration wizard, no tape devices are detected. Any ideas?

You have to purchase the Arcserve software that has the changer option for the tape library. You must configure the changer software option for your tape library. Then the Arcserve software can access and use the tape library.
