BackupExec 9.1 can't detect the Ultrium 448

BackupExec 9.1 can't detect the Ultrium 448

I can use "LIST DEVICES" to see the tape drive, run the LTT and test is OK, but BE9.1 always say it can't detect the physcial device. Why ? NetWare is 6.5 sp4
