Barcode is not recognized

Hi! i have a HP SureStore E 4/40 and my barcodes is not recongnized why? the firmware is 1600.

Are all the bar codes not recognized, or just one or a few?

What type, DLT or LTO?

Were the labels recognized before, and just stopped being recognized?

Do you the Remote Management Card installed? If so, generate a report page and post it here. Alternately, install HP LTT (www.hp.com/support/tapetools) and generate a support ticket for the library.

ALL barcode is not recognized and is LTO
yes i connected remote management card!
