Blinking Red Lights on Surestore Tape Array 5300

We are getting successful backups on our Surestore Tape Array 5300 but when we come into work in the morning, the tape array lights are blinking together and they are all red. When we open our Arcserv software it shows the drives as offline. The only way to get the drives to work is to unplug the power from the back of the array and then plug it back in. Is this a power issue?

To search the forums, use the 'search:" box on the top of the web page. You might also want to click on 'more options' and select both the ITRC and the business discussion forums, as tape products appear in both.
