What operating system do you have ?

Re: C1521G Surestore 5000
Okay for Win98.
You have to persuade the O/s to give you the drivers.
Te easiest way to do this is to install the native backup application in Win98.
Go to add/remove programs and then windows setup. Select system tools and then backup. You'll need the CD and it should then install the backup application and recognise your tape drive.
cheers
John
