C1537A tape cleaning

I have a c1537A and i would to make a cleaning job with arcserve sw and c5709A tape, but when i put the tape into the c1537a it was not recognized and expelled out
where is the problem?
(the cleaning tape is new and c1537a (dds3)work correctly whith normal tape.

It's supposed to kick it out after it automatically cleans the heads. Unfortunately I don't think you can put it into backup software to schedule it's cleaning.

The cleaning of the DDS3 tape takes not very long. The Cleaning tape was move a little bit and than the tape would be ejected.

Make sure that NOTHING is trying to use the tape drive or is waiting for a tape when you insert the cleaning tape.
