Can't install DP Disk Agent

Hi
I'm having problems installing the disk agent on a Windows 2000 Server. I have installed it on a number of other 2003 and 2000 boxes, but it doesn't seem to work on this particular one. I have tried it with both DP 5.5 and 6.0. Here are the messages I get in the Add Client Systems window. Anyone else seen this before? Any solutions??
