Cannot Load Magazine into Autoloader

I have an 6 x 24G autoloader but I cannot get the mag into the device - it seems like it is locked!

Can some help?

Hmmm, you don't mention if it is internal or external. If it is internal I would suspect you don't have both power connectors hooked up.

I didnt even get what autoloader you are talking about... external or internal magazines??
If the flop doesn't fit... go allin!!!
