Cannot find ESL tape library in Library and Tape Tools

I install Library and Tape Tool at SAN Appliance
When, I scan all device. it cannot find ESL. Is it possible, it 's not already configure zone with SAN Appliance? Please, recommend how I find this device.

Can you see the device in Computer Managemet? Or you see the device en Computer Management but not in L&TT?

I see tape device at both SAN Appliance and LTT but I cannot see Media Changer of ESL. Please help to me.

There are some SCSI HBAs that they are not compatibility.
What model you use?
I have read some librarys need a SCSI port that they can rescan id LUNs (I think that the drive is id 0 and medium changer is id 1).
