Cannot get remote management interface for MSL6030 library

Even After giving a valid IP address to the library and connecting the LAN cable to a 10-Base T HUB I cannot have remote console.
when i type this IP address in the browser of computer connected in the same LAN i do not get any page. Can anyone help me with this??

The interface is 10MB Half Duplex. You might need to change your switch.

some basics:

- check if the light on the Hub port related to the library connection light up when you connect the lan cable

-check if you have set also the the subnetmask and the gateway ip adress on the library

-try to ping the ip number of the library from you pc

- try to reboot you library

try to access from another pc (some config may preventing to work)

Hard boot of library made it work.
