My backups from yesterday have all failed and when I try to restart then I always get following errors.

I have a tape library with 2 drives. Can you help me ?

The server is Windows2003 server. I have restarted it a couple of times.
I also turned the library and scsi-box off and on, but it helps not .

The problem is the SCSI address of robotics, make sure it is well placed.

How should I set the SCSI addresses ? I haven't changed any addresses.

I have a new DP V6.0 install with an MSL6060 Tape Library and LTO-3 Ultrium 960 with the same error : "90:59 Cannot open exchanger control device ([2] The system cannot find the file specified." We thought we had installed all of the latest Windows patches and Linux patches. This is a Windows Cell Manager on Windows 2003 R2 SP2. Patches were downloaded as of 17-Decembeer-2007. I encountered this error when I tried to do a "Barcode Scan" on the MSL6060 Tape Library. I also get the same error when I try to scan only one tape slot.

Thanks Jesus. The problem was wrong SCSI addresses in robotics. Now it's working fine.
