Cannot see MSL5026

I have server HP/Compaq DL380 G2 and MSL5026S2 tape library, 1 SDLT 320 drive. OS - Microsoft Windows Server 2003.
I don't see Robotic library and tape drive in Device Manager. I tried reinstall drivers for library, change SCSI settings, disconnect tape drive - without result. This time I have SCSI settings - tape drive ID = 4, library ID = 0.
Are there any ideas ?

Re: Cannot see MSL5026

How is your tape library connected to the server? Do you have a separate SCSI card in a slot or did you hook the library to the onboard 5i controller via external SCSI port?

The SA-5i does not support connecting tape drives / libraries to it - it's purely designed for external storage enclosures, like MSA30.

No, I think the reason not in it. I know that in 4 places MSL5026 connected to onboard 5i-controller and it work well.

I don't know any hints which may help you.

HP support will probably tell you exactly the same - your config is not supported.

Re: Cannot see MSL5026

I install new Veritas drivers for MSL5026, now I see library in Device Manager as "Compaq Storage Works DLT/SDLT Mini Library", but I don't see any tape drive, although when I use Remote Management Interface for MSL5026 by Internet Explorer, I perfectly see that I have tape drive 0 and can operate it.
