Catalog repair required..... loop / freeze?

Catalog repair required..... loop / freeze?

When I activate Colorado it says "catalog needs repair".. normally just click "yes" or "no" and it fixes....\
now it just closes and goes back to desktop. I can't activate anything in Colorado behind that error message window...
ideas??
