Change media status
Hi:
I have recycled a media using the data protector. Is there any way to restore the previous status? I meant I would like to change the media from Not Protected to Protected.
Thanks a lot for your answers,
Regards,

Re: Change media status
Hi,
If you have a record for this media in the Internal Database you can select the record and right click the mouse to select change data protection and you can change catalog protection.
Or you can use the export and import option to rebuild the tape Database information.
Best regards.
