Changer appears off line in Backup Exec

Hi all - I have a possible solution if your using a 66MHZ Dual LSD SCSI with a TL891 and the changer appears off line.

This only happened to us when we applied smart start v4.90.

The solution was to regress to the previous version of the 66Mhz... driver the file from compaq is called CP000094.exe
