Changer failures with ArcserveIT 6.6

We're getting a whole host of E11005/E11033/E11035 errors which all indicate changer hardware failures but we've had the the autoloader replaced several times and local Compaq have checked the other hardware are all normal. We also get "E6959 Unknown HACB error. Possibly no error occured" messages, which are usually followed by the E110xx error). Any help would be greatly appreciated. We're using ArcserveIT 6.6 with SP4. Cheers.
