Clean light continuously on

[HP tape drive error]

I have HP DLT VS160 Tape drive and there is an amber light is continuously on against clean. After searching on internet I found another tape drive model named "HP StorageWorks DAT 320 USB External Tape Drive (AJ823A)" which I think can also fulfill my requirements. after contacting the HP authorized dealer he required the Produce number.
from where I can find the the product number of this model.
