Cleaning error on DAT72 USB

Hi,
We have been using the tape for 6 months on a windosws 2003 server. Probably we did not make enough cleaning. But now each time we try a new back up the process is very slow and never ending. After a while the cleaning led start flashing. We introduced 5 times a new cleaning cartridge and we still have the same problem and diagnosis using LTT tool (see attached report).

Do we have to return the driver for hardware maintanance?
