Cleaning

I have a problem that the unit requests cleaning about once a week. The unit isn't heavely used (2 tapes a night).
The unit has been cleaned using new cleaning tapes. The unit also has been replaced.
Anyone an idea??

Try updating the firmware on the DLT Library ......

the firmware if current won't solve this. nssd ot ntssd does. We had this issue on both plate-forms
