Cmmanview TL slow performance

Hi,

I have issue with CVTL for ESL-e 722
When CVTL server is connected to internet and could check firmwares from web it is really fast responsive.But if server can not reach internet (for security reason this server closed internet access) CVTL response extremly slow.Is there a way to set that CVTL will not check internet and work fast as connected.
