I've got the same error 9B C4!
any ideas?

Hi,

 

there is a document attached to the previous comment. Please try the suggested steps and make sure you check the device with the top cover open. And this will help you find what is failing. And based on that the part replacment will be done (If this autoloader is still under warranty)
