Coloeado T3000

I have one of these wonderfull drives, and i can't figure out how to get it to work. I hooked it up to the floppy drive connector, installed the drivers, and Win 98 still doesn't recognize it. Is there some sort of secret jumper config that I missed or what? Any help would be great, Thanks.
