Colorado 20Gb disapears from device list
In Windows 2000 server SP2 the Colorado 20Gb is in the device list after a reboot. After it's first use by a scheduled backup (using ntbackup.exe) It has disapeared from the device list and subsiquently will not work! I have checked that every thing is up to date software and firmware wise. Has anyone got any advice on how to stop this happening?

Re: Colorado 20Gb disapears from device list
Have the same Problem on a W2K Pro Workstation. Working on it by trying to connect Colorado on its own IDE Bus by adding a second IDE Controller

Re: Colorado 20Gb disapears from device list
The final resolution which has worked sucessfully for 2 months was to change the IDE controller to the 'Standard Dual Channel Controller' and to make the device Transfer mode 'PIO Only'.
