Colorado 5GB and ArcServe V9

Hello,

I'm using a Colorado 5GB Firmware 2.08 and ArcServe V9. When I try to backup files I get the error E3855 "Unable to position media (Media=Test, FC=invalid command). Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
