Colorado 5gb to USB

Hi, I have an internal Colorado 5GB Travan drive for which I purchased an external USB case to use on XP. The drive is recognized by the OS, but can't find an appropriate driver. I've tried the WIN2K driver w/o success. Any help / ideas are appreciated.

The 5GBi should be connected to the internal IDE cable - if it shares it with a CD-R set the tape drive as master and the CD-R as slave. It is not supported in a USB case.

Re: Colorado 5gb to USB

Hi Bob,

There is no space in the case to install the drive. It was taken from an old Vectra which my friend has since upgraded to a new HP. I thought there might be a slim chance of getting it to work in the USB case.

Thanks anyway.
