Colorado 8GB

I've recently downloaded the source (and drivers that came with it) for Windows2000Pro.
When I tried to do a backup, in the Where To Backup: window, I get a message 'No Devices Found' as if it does not recognize my hardware.
Is there something i need to do?

Re: Colorado 8GB

when you say you downloaded the source, did you mean Colorado Backup II ver 9.1? Internal or External drive?

Re: Colorado 8GB

I selected the download for Colorado 8GB External, Windows2000Pro. There was only one Colorado Backup II source to download and it was version 9.0.

Re: Colorado 8GB

Would I need to possibly go through the 'Add/Remove Hardware' function on the Control panel?

Mark, typically you install the software first and then shut down, attach the tape drive and it detect during boot. I suspect you;re missing a key file. Please sen your email request to lttna@hp.com attn Lewis in the subject line. I may have something to help you.
