Colorado Backup II/14 GB data cartridge Travan
I ordered a new tape cartridge from hp.com. When I tried to backup, I received an error.
Per a suggestion on this board, I tried to run the initialization a couple of times before running the retension command to correct an error that was reporting as "Following error code was reported. Unexpected media removal detected. 10-14-23-00-3A00"
When I run the retension or initialization, I get a window that says, "An unformatted region was detected on the media. Ref: 05-04-23-02-0005."
Can anyone help me please?
Thanks,
Tara
