Colorado T3000 drivers needed - Win98
I downloaded the drivers for the T3000, but I get an error message that the dbdao3.dll is corrupt. I desparately need this tape drive working. Does anyone have any ideas for me?
Thanks, Tim - tratcliff@i-55.com

Re: Colorado T3000 drivers needed - Win98
By chance do you have the media that came with the tape drive? I attempted to find the driver online and can only find the NT version, so I suggest you use http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/CallHP.jsp?locale=en_US&docIndexId=178966&taskId=101 and the online Chat feature "chat with an hp support expert"
They may be able to help you further.
There are lots of download sites that are non-hp if you want to go that route. Try http://google.com and search for dbdao3.dll.

Re: Colorado T3000 drivers needed - Win98
Thanks for the response, but the online chat doesn't work for this product and I already tried the other websites. I have downloaded the dbdao3.dll file from 3 different websites and my installation tells me the file is corrupt everytime. I'm going to try installing the tape drive on a XP machine. Thanks again.
