Comapq DLT 8000 on HP-UX 9000 rp7400

Looking for a reference note on the HP support pages about Compaq DLT drives and their incompatibility with HP-UX hardware. Doing research to prove a provider of hardware that says the Compaq DLT will work with HP gear, that this is not so. This has been a problem in the past and still persists to this day, just need the reference note to give to the provider.
