Command View 1/8 G2 Autoloader - Administrator password lost !

I am trying to logon my Autoloader 1/8 G2 but I didn't remember my admin password.
Anybody knows how to do a workaround ?
I read HP could give a temporary password so that I can change mine.
So, I also would know which HP phone number I have to call (I am in Switzerland, italian side).

Thanks for your help.

I don't read very good German but I think this is the number you need: 0848 80 20 20
