Command View TL Updating Firmware
I'm using Command View TL for the first time. When I link to the library it's showing a critical state pointing to firmware. Under Support there is two interface controllers (fw:5108) and an interface manager (fw:I100). I used the firmware update wizard and HP web servicesfor the update and it showed successful for the two interface controllers and successful with errors for the interface manager. So I finished and rebooted the library. When it came back up there was no change in the firware levels. I downloaded the firmware from HP website and pointed the wizard at a local file. This time all was successful except nothing changed when looking at the firware level in the support window. Anyone familiar with this issue?

Re: Command View TL Updating Firmware

Re: Command View TL Updating Firmware
Tryed updating the firmware to I120 and it worked. I'll try going up in levels.
