Compaq Brand NSR and Firmware Upgrade

Hi all,

I'am trying to upgrade an 'old' COMPAQ Brand NSR (firmware version 0316) to 567a with LT&T 4. It's located in a MSL 5000 library with LTO-1 drives. It prompts me after 5 seconds already that the update failed... any suggestions ?? The reason why I want to upgrade is that DP 5.5 is experiencing wierd problems like disappearing drives during backup...

What model "old" NSR do you have exactly? It looks like that 5.6.7a version only goes with the later model NSRs (2402 and later).
