Compaq Proliant 3000 - how to...

We have a Compaq Proliant 3000 - an oldy.

I have to insert a new internal backup device as the current is not working.

We have nearly unplugged all screws on that DA*** server but we are unable to get the drive out. The SCSI harddisk, cd-drive and the backup device are sitting inside an box in the server. And we try to get this whole box out of the server, but we are only able to tage it 1 centimeter out.

ANyone ever tryed to take this box out of the server - please tell me what to do so we can replace the backup drive or do some have a online documentation about a proliant 3000
