Compaq TL891DLX

Keep getting the error below, when dismounting then remounting the library

E6084 Drive hardware error - servo or sensor
E8023 Failed to mount magazine (ER=CONTROLER FAILURE or HARDWARE ERROR

I’ve found if you reboot the library the error will clear a backup will run then the error comes back again. Have tried rebooting the server but still the same

Can anyone help?
