D2d100 - Upgrade from v3.5SP2 to v4

We have just bought a D2d100 on the 21st Nov (last week) and it has come with v3.5 and i am trying to upgrade to v4 which is the current version. I have tried the current license file and it's incompatible. I would have thought the system would have come with the current version. Is there a way to upgrade?

Contact HP, there is something called license center or sth. like that

Eventualy they can help out, else you have to purchase the 4.0 separate
