I was able to get to 6.50 to download and install. I cannot find the LTO_6250_35JW_MSL-G3-Series.frm

Try LTO_6250_35PW_MSL-G3-Series.frm if this is a SAS drive

SolutionMany Thanks for that! I used that above link and installed the updated firmware. The server running backup exec can now inventory and catalogue the tapes successfully. I have to try a backup job with it yet, but with your help I got this far.
