I have a DAT 20/40 drive and am new to scsi. i would like to backup 3 servers and use one cheap but OBDR compatible SCSI card.

Can anyone help with cable sizes and what card to purchase?

What OS, and patch level?

Thanks for the help: yes as in One Button Disaster Recovery. Server is a compaq Proliant 1600 and 350 with Winnt 4.0 SP6.

AHA-2940 or AHA-29160lp is it worth paying extra for LVD?

If you will upgrade to LVD devices in the future (for example, to LTO drive) then 29160(lp) is worth to buy
