DAT 24i can't eject tape automatically
Can dat24i tape drive eject its tape after each backup session by Arcserve? Does it only eject tape while the tape is full? Any hardware setting can be changed to fulfill this operation?
Now, I've got a new replacement DAT24i from HP service centre and found that this automatic tape eject function not work as before. Does anyone help me to resolve this? Thanks!

in the manual you can found there is a option to set, is this correctly setted?
After you have provided information in the General tab, you can proceed with
running the backup (skip the following step) or you can select the Advanced tab to
specify more options for the backup.
Here are descriptions for other tabs available in the Backup tab dialog:
Click the Advanced tab to display more options for the backup. Depending on how
the default settings for your software are configured, some of the options may or may
not be already selected (see ├в Setting Backup Options├в on page 81). You can choose to override the default options by selecting or clearing items in this tab.
