DAT 40i DDS4 Writing Error

LTT state that "unrecovered I/O error" when writing but I could read from the tape.

Any reason for that?

Hi,

Clean the tape drive and try. If you are getting the same error, the particular media may be defective for writing. Try with new Media and If you are getting the same error for new medias also change the Drive.
