DAT AUTOLOADER SELF EJECTS!

Hello:

For the past two days, the DAT AUTOLOADER that has 8 slots including the cleaning tape has been ejecting itself leaving the scheduled job on queu/loading media status. Please help me to trouble shoot this. I am using Veritas Backup Exec version 8.6 for windows NT. It claims to not be able to read the tape on slot 7 and captioned it 'empty'.

Cleaning tape should be ejected by drive in 30 seconds.
Did you try HP LTT - http://www.hp.com/cposupport/information_storage/support_doc/lpg50128.html - generate support ticket and attach to your next reply zipped
