DAT160 Tape media snapping
Hi,
I have just purchased 2 by rx2660s each with a DAT160 (Q1573A) tape drive installed in an external shelf.
We use HP media in these drives.
We have now had 3 ocurrances where we press the eject button the tape rewinds and snaps. The occurances are across both drives, 1 in the one drive and 2 in the other drive.
Has anybody had similar experiences?
Kind Regards
Andrew
