Hi all,
by backup few jpeg files is compression 0.7:1 . It´s right (possible)?
All test in LTT OK, data express SSE.

Re: DAT160 USB hw compression
and one question too:
In media details is the same value (native total capacity 79,51 - native remaining capacity 78,43 - size written 799MB) by these different compression: hw - none - sw both. Its weird, not understand them. (excuse my bad english)

Re: DAT160 USB hw compression
jpeg is already compressed so it wont go any further also change to hardware compression only and none software compression.

Re: DAT160 USB hw compression
Yes thanks, I have set only hw compression (sw is unchecked) with result 0.7:1. May be, that first is jpeg file decompressed and in next step again compressed with another algorithm ? And what mean the same remaining capacity by compressing ON as well OFF ?
