DAT24e and L2000 connectivity
Please help me find the correct part numbers or product numbers to order an HP24e (DDS3) drive to work with an L2000 on core-io Ultra2 SCSI LVD/SE port.
Please let me know what kind of SCSI cable and Termination is require on the drive side.
SCSI cable and Terminators are included as prt of the DAT24e package ? If not which is the part no for 2 mtr SCSI cable for this drive.
I try to search various web resources and got so confused by different parts no like C6365A, DAT24e, C5657A etc..
Thanks in Advance

If you want to do evrything right.
24GB external DAT C5653C
2,5 m 68/50pin SCSI cable C2369A
This DAT is a "Unix" version, I don't know what this mean I have always used the C1556D on ny Unix computers, I has worked whitout problem.

Re: DAT24e and L2000 connectivity
Hello,
All DAT24e would work on any LVD/SE HBA. The HBA would work on SE.
The cable should be 68-pin to VHDCI.
HTH,
Vince
