DAT72 USB, time out, when using PAE win2000 server

DAT72 USB, time out, when using PAE win2000 server

when doing backup using NT Backup
i got this error message :


The Device reported an error on a request to write data to media.
Error reported: Timeout before function completed.


dat72 usb connected to windows 2000 server using PAE,

this problem will not happen when PAE is disabled.

does anyone have any idea ?

Hi hpuserabc,

We are facing the same issue,
Logged a case with HP and awaiting for their reply,

I hope you are using latest driver, have you tried using the lower version of the drivers.
