It doesn't support differential SCSI interface should be SCSI-2 Fast wide (SE/LVD or HVD)

DLT/8000 P/N:C6379-69201 is FWD (Fast Wide Differential) SCSI device (now it is called HVD - High Voltage Differential). This interface is not compatible with LVD (Low Voltage Differential) SCSI nor with SE (Single Ended) SCSI.
Your DLT8000 is connected to FWD (HVD) SCSI HBA in N4000. Probaly the HBA is:
A4800A or A5159B.
