DLT Device Offline
We are having problems with our DLT3570 device running off Backup Exec 9 on Windows NT. From the log we get a message saying : Final error code: a0008115 HEX
Final error description: Physical Volume Library Drive or Robot paused, offline, or disabled. We had this problem last week, but when we ran the backup the next day it worked fine, but is now happening again. The DLT is definately connected up properly. In the device tab, the tape unit appears to be offline. Does anyone have any ideas of what is causing this ?

Re: DLT Device Offline
Unfortunately, the software does not seem to be compatible with the hardware that we have.
