DLT Superstore 3 Red LED Flash Tape in an turn..

Hello,
what can i do the tape is still in the drive the 3 LEDS flasch red and the round part in the Tape tuns round the end of the part in the round part is turning in the round part.

Please help...

I believe you are describing a dropped leader condition.
