Hello,
─░n Dp-Ex full edition, for daily backup if cust. inserts wrong media job gives an error but eventough it is running and waiting for the correct casette.Is there any option to automatically cancell this job.Or are there any script that does this?

Solution
Hi,
When there is suitable medium to run (or continue) the backup the BSM issues mount request. After 30m minutes (default) it starts mount.bat (mount.sh for unix).
Edit this script if you want abort the job.
E.g Add the below line in the end of mount.bat
\bin\omniabort -session %SESSIONKEY%

Hi
As you have discovered, DP Express will hold the job until either the correct tape is inserted or the job is canceled. Unfortunately, the only way to cancel the job is from the GUI.
