Dat 12/24 Supply real stuck error

Hi,

Under Tapetools 2.7 i am getting an error f484, supply real stuck error. can this error be fixed by a re-calibration or is it a back-to-base job?

install latest LTT (3.2SR1), generate support ticket, zip it and attach to your next reply

hi,

it is a hardware error, it may be a random error, check with LTT as suggested if the value of this error increase, in that case you will have to replace drive.
nothing to do with recalibration, that work only on the read/write head
