Data Protector 6 on Solaris 9, patch issues

I'm trying to update Data Protector 6 on Solaris 9. The Data Protector support page (url=http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=3241177&prodTypeId=12169&prodSeriesId=3241176&swLang=13&taskId=135&swEnvOID=1088) has a whole list of possible patches. I've tried installing them all, including the older versions (i.e. the ones that are superseded by current versions).

I haven't been able to install any patch so far because of their dependencies. In the end, I'm stuck with DPSOL_00251 depending on DPSOL_00250 and vice versa.

The patchadd utility allows you to define multiple files at once, but it seems to install them sequentually rather than at once.

Does anyone have a possible solution?
